We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING on any order in the continental United States.
All Addie Petit Couture in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Depending on the order timeframe chosen, we will notify you of any changes in order status or shipping. We presently ship in the United States only.
Incorrect shipping information: If a package is returned to Addie Petit Couture, LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, sadly the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Addie Petit Couture, LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered, but if you are not satisfied, let us know.
- Return regular price merchandise within 14 days of receipt by customer.
- No refunds/exchanges on sale merchandise and accessories. All sale merchandise and accessories are final.
- You will receive a full refund minus shipping costs on unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging (all tags attached).
- All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so we can quickly process your return.
- Exchanges: We offer size, color (if there is an alternate color available), or style exchanges within 14 days of date of receipt by customer.
